Parking can be tight on busy eveningsaccess
Street parking is metered Monday through Saturday 8 AM to 8 PM and fills during dinner rush and Friday/Saturday nights. A paid lot sits south of the building. Garage clearance is 6 feet 7 inches; taller vehicles must use street parking. One guest found it challenging during peak hours; another reported it available the next morning.

The portable AC unit occupies one window, forcing you to choose between closing windows (trapping heat and noise) or running the unit. If sleeping four guests, you must move the sleeper sofa out of the way to deploy the AC unit.
