What this is

Skiporbook reads public Airbnb listings and their public reviews, then writes a report with a verdict. It is an opinion built from what other guests wrote. It is not advice, and it is not a guarantee about any stay. Decide for yourself before you book.

We are not Airbnb

Skiporbook has no relationship with Airbnb, Inc. We do not take bookings, handle payments for stays, or speak for any host. Hosts cannot pay us to change a report, and we take no booking commissions.

What we read

Only pages Airbnb shows the public without logging in. If a listing is hidden from logged-out visitors, we say so rather than guess.

Fair use

Checks are rate limited so one person cannot crowd out everyone else. Do not resell reports, scrape the site, or run automated checks against it.

Mistakes

Reports are written by software and can be wrong. If you find a report that misreads a listing, tell us and we will look at it. Nothing here creates a warranty, and our liability is limited to what you paid us, which for most people is nothing.

Changes

These terms will change as the product grows. The date at the top says when they last did.
