The Airbnb review checker for people who got burned by a 4.9
Paste any listing. We read every low review, decode the polite language, and tell you what the stars won't. Your first report is free, and takes about 30 seconds.
Short links from the Airbnb app work too.

We pull every review
All of them, not a sample -- the star spread comes from every rating. Then every review below five stars gets read closely, with the newest five-star ones, the fine print and the amenities.

Questions
Why not just read the reviews myself?
You can. Most people read six and stop. We pull every review, read every one below five stars closely, count how often each problem repeats, weight the last year higher, and check the fine print and amenities too.
Do you store the reviews?
Not the words. We score each review and keep only the scores: its star rating, its date, and what we judged about it. That way we can change how we weigh things later without reading anything again. Reviewer names, photos and profile links are never stored, and a report quotes a short phrase at most.
Do hosts pay to rank higher?
No. Hosts can't pay us, and we don't take booking commissions. Revenue comes from trip packs only, and it's published on /stats.
Which sites do you support?
Airbnb today. Vrbo and Booking.com apartments are next, with one combined score across sites.
I booked a 4.9 in London that turned out to be a mess, then found the one review that warned me. This is the tool I wanted that night.
